There’s perhaps nothing more nostalgic for Americans than Fourth of July weekend and Pentwater sure knows how to celebrate! You won’t want to miss the good ol’, small-town, Americana atmosphere of Pentwater’s July 4th celebration.

PFD is always busy, as the firework display at the beach at Charles Mears State Park requires a lot of planning and coordination. Please note that the roundabout closes for set-up and section of the beach must be cordoned off for safety’s sake. Pentwater’s fireworks are always held in the evening of July 3rd.
